Integrated Land Records Management System, also known as ILRMS Assam, is a portal of land records of the state. The Revenue and Disaster Management of the state launched this site for making land-related information transparent. The website has been named Dharitree and was launched by the Government of Assam on 7th October 2021. The portal is made accessible to the general public for easy registration, update, access, and maintenance of land records.

NOC for Immovable Property
Certification of applications for selling, gifts, rentals, mortgages, and so on is accomplished in the jurisdiction's registration department.
